Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Clinical Courier Services LLC. By requesting courier services from Clinical Courier Services LLC, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

CCS provides medical courier and logistics services including but not limited to specimen transport, medical document delivery, pharmaceutical transport, and related logistics services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items prepared for transport:

• Are properly packaged and labeled

• Comply with applicable medical and transport regulations

• Are safe for courier handling

Clients must not provide hazardous or illegal materials unless proper documentation and legal authorization are provided.

3. Limitation of Liability Clinical Courier Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the total service fees paid for the specific delivery involved.

4. Delays While we strive to provide timely delivery, Clinical Courier Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control including:

• Weather conditions

• Traffic incidents

• Mechanical issues• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

5. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service for any shipment that violates laws, safety requirements, or company policies.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in individual service agreements or invoices. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clinical Courier Services LLC from any claims damages, or losses resulting from improperly packaged materials or inaccurate shipment information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Clinical Courier Services LLC operates.
